Earthing Electrode System

After invention of the electricity people started using more and more sophisticated equipments such as micro processor based units. But no one thought of upgrading the Earthing Systems which is still in its conventional way.

Due to this nowadays people are facing various problems such as Breakdown failure, Data Corruption, Accidents amounting huge losses. To avoid all these disadvantages we have introduced a best electrical earthing, sound in terminology with the current art of modern and advanced technology and product to declare that the object, target is only meant for electrical safety to man and machinery. The main criteria of any earthing, will be flourished only depend upon the moisture content which has also been taken care by a marvellous compound called MOISTURE BOOSTER which will be used at the time of installation & such booster will have the character of retaining the moisture contents for very longer period. By the simple method of auguring of 8 to 10″ dia, this multi mees earth electrodes can be installed very easily (Installation method will be pasted in each electrodes) which will reflect immediately  good results and no further maintenance is required. Traditionally people are using available sizes of G.I Pipe Copper Plate, Strip, Rod, Pipe or Cast Iron Pipes for earthing and the quality of above may not be upto the mark. “mees” Brand-earthing electrodes employ hot dipped galvanized tubes from both inside & outside. The wall thickness of pipe employed is as per ISI G.I Pipe depending upon the diameter of pipe, in 2 mtrs. & 3mtrs. Length.
The conventional earthing acts as a Primary Electrode, which gets corroded/Oxidized in a short period as it is buried in the ground and the use of Salt and Chemicals to enhance the performance. G.I. Pipe does not act as Primary electrode but hot dipped galvanized M.S. strip is used as the Primary electrode encapsulated in the ISI G.I. pipe filled with a special compound, which increases the active functional life of the earthing electrode with consistent results.
The use of SALT & CHARCOAL surrounding the earthing, gives a temporary solution for getting low resistivity, after some time the salt starts to corrode the earth pipe and increases the resistance by manifold. We do not recommend the use of Salt & Charcoal surrounding the “mees”  . We have a developed a “Mineral Filling Compound”, which is to be used surrounding the Earthing Electrode to retain moisture and delay the corrosion of the outer shell G.I. Pipe for a very longer period.
To maintain low resistivity the earthing pipe is to be watered regularly, salt & charcoal to be replaced and copper plate is to be cleaned and reinstalled meaning perinia maintenance and expenses year after year. The fluctuation in ohmic value is least. The earthing can be maintained just by adequate watering around the “mees”.
As the resistance increases, the dissipation of the fault current is not proper, this damages the equipments slowly & surely resulting in high expenses by way of maintenance cost and replacement of the equipments. The resistance is maintained at very low levels due to the consistency in the performance of the “mees” brand Earthing Electrode, resulting in the dissipation of fault current perfectly.
Timely replacement of earthing is necessary within short period of time. Recurring expenses of installation go up with every passing year. Replacement? Forget it! For a very long period of time.
If proper maintenance & timely replacement is not carried out then the earth pipe will become redundant & this could lead to great danger to Equipment and Human Life.. The Earthing Electrodes “mees” brand virtually requires no maintenance & the replacement is not required for a very longer period of time.
