Due to this now a days people are facing various problems such as Breakdown failure, Data Corruption, Accidents amounting huge losses.

The main criteria of any earthing, will be flourished only depend upon the moisture content which has also been taken care by a marvelous compound called MOISTURE BOOSTER which will be used at the time of installation & such booster will have the character of retaining the moisture contents for very longer period. By the simple method of auguring of 8 to 10" dia, this MULTI MEES earth electrodes can be installed very easily (Installation method will be pasted in each electrodes) which will reflect immediately wiht good results and no further maintenance is required. MEES DIAMOND QUALITY Back Fill Compound

mees comes with an Ideal backfill compound which has all qualities to enhance the ground material. It is a ground enhancing to material. It is the good hydrodynamic and rich conductive compound. It is easily compacted and when water is added, it absorbs it fifteen times to dry volume. It consistently holds adheres to any surface it touches. These capabilities resolve the issue of compatibility of soil contact that are crucial to an earthing system. There is no need to recharge the pit in normal soils. Backfill compound is not soluble in water, It retains its moisture property upto the life the electrode which is more than 25 years in case of soil friendly materials.

It maintains moisture with in the sphere of influence of electrode, resulting in lower earth resistance which could not otherwise be obtained from the conventional earthing system, back fill enhance surrounding soil conductivity there by making it more effective for high fault , noise, ripples and hormonics, natural to earth imbalance and lightning current dissipation.

As per IS 30431987 Requirements we are using SIP i.e. Strip in Pipe Technology.
The primary earthing electrode (Flat) is inserted the secondary electrode in the form of hot dipped galvanized Flat which would yield a very high cross sectional conduction area and surface area.

The secondary electrode (Outer Pipe) is filled with a Highly conductive and non Corrosive Compound, an innovative product of our which safeguards the primary Electrode. Over a long period. Even if the outer shell corrodes the inner electrode functions in a normal way protected by the special compound. The bottom is sealed with the help of hot dipped galvanized solid base and the top with a sealed cap theentire unit is sealed so that the corrosion does not seepth rough.
MEES EARTHING ELECTRODEcomes with a special compund named Mineral fill Compund (MFC) which is to be used surrounding the Electrode. MFC has three properties.

 

1] Anti Corrosive        2] Highly Conductive        3] Hygroscopic.
As it is a Anti-Corrosive, it will take a very long period for the corrosion



As it is a Highly conductive, area of conductive zone will be the pitsize[6 inches or 8 inches and 2.5 to 3.5 Mtrs. Depth. It will be the conductive zone. Whereas in conventional type of earthing conductive zone limits up to that pipe or plate.

As it is Hygroscopic, in nature that means it absorbs the moisture form surrounding Five Times more of its dry Volume. Due to this you don't need to put any charcoal powder, salt water etc., and there's no more periodic maintenance It is maintenance free system.
The MFC has Unique Composition that slows down the normal wear and tear of the outer Shell due to corrosion and helps to sustain functional utility for a long period that is above 20 Years and that to without any periodic maintenance.
